Welcome to VoiceCraft Studios. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Services
VoiceCraft Studios provides professional voice-over, dubbing, and audio production services. Services are provided subject to availability and acceptance of project terms.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate project information and materials
• Respond to communication in a timely manner
• Pay for services according to agreed terms
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Provide clear direction and feedback
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the invoice terms provided for each project. Standard payment terms are 50% deposit before work begins and 50% upon completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Revisions and Changes
Project quotes include a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Major scope changes require a new quote.
5. Delivery and Turnaround
We strive to meet all agreed deadlines. Turnaround times begin upon receipt of all necessary materials and payment. Delays caused by client-side issues may extend delivery times.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to the final audio recordings as specified in the project agreement. VoiceCraft Studios retains the right to use project samples for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
7. Cancellation Policy
Projects may be cancelled with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable. Work completed up to the cancellation point will be charged at our standard rates.
8. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client projects and materials. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.
9. Limitation of Liability
VoiceCraft Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
10. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee professional-quality recordings that meet industry standards. If you are not satisfied with the final product, we will work with you to address concerns within the agreed revision scope.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Cebu, Philippines.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
